A “techie” with an impressive 26-year IT
background, Diane Randall’s path to becoming a
Certified Wellness Coach began when she experienced
a health crisis during the height of her technology
consulting career. Realizing that professional success alone would not sustain her, Diane viewed this near disaster as a wake-up call that she needed to be
leading a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Diane’s interest in making positive decisions to
benefit her own life led to her decision to begin training
in coaching, wanting to share her experiences with
other women to help them as well. She has completed Coach University’s
premier coach training program and earned advanced coaching
certifications in Mindful Coaching and Active Living Everyday. Diane also has
the distinction of membership with coaching and wellness industry leaders—the
International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching
(IAC), Coachville, Women in Technology International (WITI), American Holistic
Association (AHA), and the National Wellness Institute (NWI).
After launching Life Accelerated, Diane continued to work in her
technology consulting practice. Then one day she realized that she could
combine both of her passions by focusing on working with women in
technology.
Diane’s winning spirit and perseverance are two of the hallmarks of her
character, and her clients appreciate that she is easy to relate to, even with her strong leadership capabilities.
“I’m 54 years old,” relates one such client, “very creative and have been
… a ‘closet entrepreneur’ for years. I was being tugged out of bed this
morning at 3 a.m. with a feeling of ‘inner turmoil and sense of frustration’… seeking validation, inspiration and information. Your 6 key points have in a
nutshell pinpointed exactly what self-help reading materials have not been able to translate into simple … words and phrases. You’ve definitely
accelerated my life!”
Says another client, a dietician and massage therapist: “Most of the
time, I know what I need to do, but it helps when there is a ‘coach’ in your
corner to back you up and encourage you to keep going. Diane has been a
source of encouragement for me. Not only encouragement, but an
inspiration.”
Diane’s strength and abilities have not gone unnoticed by the national
press either. Her articles appear frequently in The Post, Onyx
Woman, Forum, Consulting Magazine, Connecting Moms and online at American Holistic Association, ofSpirit, Boomers Forever, Women in
Technology International Strategist, WomenOf, Holistic Business Journal,Boomers Forever and many others.
She has been mentioned in The New York Times, and Life Accelerated was
selected by Choice—The Magazine of Professional Coaching as one of their
best and unique coaching practices.
