Or are you just bored?  Several years ago, I found myself in a place where the old maps of what worked for me in my career no longer applied.  I created something new for myself to take me through the second half of my journey.  My career, priorities, what excites me, and the people I surround myself with have changed.  I have entered a new phase – a new frontier – of my life that’s going to be totally different from the first one.  Instead of looking at midlife as declining you can embrace a second chance at a new career and progress through entirely new passages into lives of deeper meaning, renewed playfulness, and creativity.  A second career to match your energy, vitality, and passion for life. 

I've created a Second Career Coaching Program to help mid career women gain clarity on values, enable more meaningful choices and a consistent action-oriented approach to reclaim what you want most out of your career. 

We customize programs to fit your needs

We will first take a look at your life, career, goals and other factors (imagine someone that will mentor and partner with you step-by-step as you navigate your way to a career that matches your energy, vitality and passion for life).  Diane will help you:

• Uncover what’s missing in your life and career
• Breakthrough personal barriers that keep you stuck
• Tap into your wisdom and experience to re-evaluate your current career
• Get clear about your unique passions, strengths, and preferences
• Learn how to transition your current career skills and abilities into something new
• Create a support network to help you on your journey

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential.

Coaching Programs include:

• Four 30-minute personal coaching sessions conducted over the telephone on a monthly basis
• 1 - 30 minute client intake session
• Together we will develop an action plan to establish the support network and the environment you need to assure your success
• Frequency of coaching sessions are based on your customized program
• Unlimited e-mail communication and "quick-calls" are included in the monthly fee
• You get access to assessments, on-line forum, discounts on teleclasses, additional materials and resources
• Much of your progress occurs between sessions, when you implement the actions that we have agreed will lead to the most dramatic results.
